- Complete information in the system/online (www.ceu.edu.ph/ceuadmission/form)
- Submit to the Admissions Office located at the ground floor, CEU Gil Puyat campus the printed Application Form and three 1.5 x 1.5 ID picture
& grade 11 card / F138 w/ GWA
- Pay the entrance examination fee at the Cash Section.
- Take entrance examination at the Guidance and Counseling Section(GCS) located at the 4th floor, CEU Gil Puyat campus.

- Go to Admissions Office for printing & checking of Application Form for Admission and submission of (1pc.) 1.5 x 1.5 ID picture.
- Prepare the necessary requirements below and proceed to the Office of the University Registrar for checking of requirements.

(Resident Aliens)
- Birth Certificate with Registry Number (Photocopy)

- Recent 1.5 x 1.5 I.D. picture (2 pcs.)
- Go to the Dean’s /Program Head’s Office for initial interview and get the Endorsement Form for drug testing.
- Proceed to the Clinical Laboratory / Affiliated Laboratory for drug test within the day of payment.
- Pay the Drug Test fee to Cash Dept./ Division/Section.
- Get the Drug Test Result from the Dean’s /Program Head’s Office
- Go to the Department Head’s Office for evaluation of core subjects and get Referral and Acknowledge form for Entrance Examination.
- Pay the Entrance Examination fee to Cash Dept./ Division/ Section.
- Go to the Guidance and Counseling Department (GCD/GCS) presents referral from the Dean/program head and receipt of examination fee and take the entrance examination.
Registration for examination is at least 15 minutes before the chosen schedule

- After the examination, accomplish the Freshmen Profile Survey
- Proceed to the Deans Office for the evaluation of the result of Psychological Test
- Go to Admissions Office within the day if the exam is taken between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the following day if the exam is taken at 3:00-5:00 pm.
- Return to Admissions Office to get/sign the following requirements for admission/enrollment:
- Student Number
- Routing Form for Enrollment
- Student’s Pledge
- Informed Consent Form
- Waiver/Informed Consent Form (DPA)
- Curriculum Checklist
Non-Resident Aliens
- Complete information in the system/online (www.ceu.edu.ph/ceuadmission/form)
- Go to the Admissions for printing & checking of Application Form for Admission and submission of (1 pc.)1.5 x 1.5 ID picture.
- Prepare the following for submission to the Office of the University Registrar: appropriate visa, Certificate of Graduation*, original Transcript of Records*, photocopy of passport, police clearance* (*shall be authenticated by the Philippine Consulate abroad)
- Go to the Dean’s /Program Head’s Office for initial interview and get the Endorsement Form for drug testing.
- Proceed to the Clinical Laboratory / Affiliated Laboratory for drug test within the day of payment.
- Pay the Drug Test fee to Cash Dept./ Division/Section.
- Claim drug test result at the Deans Office
- Go to the Department Head’s Office for evaluation of core subjects and get Referral and Acknowledge form for Entrance Examination.
- Proceed to Accounting Department for the assessment of fees.
- Pay the Psychological Test and Entrance Exam fees to Cash Dept./ Division/ Section.
- Go to the Guidance and Counseling Department (GCD) located at SDV Bldg., 3rd Flr., Room 303 to take psychological test.
- Accomplish the Freshman Profile Survey
- Proceed to International Languages Department to get the result of Entrance Exam and/or Psychological Test, and to take the English Proficiency Exam.
- Claim the result of English Proficiency Test to the Office of the University Registrar.
Registration for examination is at least 15 minutes before the chosen schedule

- Go to the Dean’s Office for initial interview and get the Endorsement Form for drug testing.

- Pay the Drug Test fee to Cash Dept./ Division/Section.
- Claim drug test result at the Dean’s Office and gets the Referral and Acknowledgement Form.
- Go to the Guidance and Counseling Department/Section to get endorsement form for Psychological Test.
- Pay the Psychological Test fee to Cash Dept./ Division/ Section.
- Take Psychological Test at the GCD/GCS.
- Proceed to the GCD/GCS for the interpretation of the test result
