Incoming Freshmen
(starts October 3, 2020)

            1. Please prepare first and save in your computer, notebook, laptop or smart phone the following initial requirements for admission to CEU:

1.1.  PSA copy of your birth certificate

1.2.  Certification of your grades for Grade 11

1.3.  ID-type picture

1.4.  Proof of payment of the application fee of Php300.

2. Fill out and upload your Application Form together with the above cited initial requirements.

Graduate School Applicants

         1. Please prepare first and save in your computer, notebook, laptop or smartphone the following initial requirements for admission to CEU:

1.1. For married women, PSA copy  of  Marriage Contract

1.2. Original Transcript of Records with Special Order (if applicable)

1.3. Transfer Credentials (If not a Graduate of CEU)

1.4. ID-type picture

1.5.  Proof of payment of the application fee of Php300.

          2. Fill out and upload your Application Form together with the above cited initial requirements.

 

* Please process Two Recommendation forms (to be downloaded  below) from your Former Dean/Professor, and from your Former/ Current employer/colleague  (to be sent through email by Former Dean/Professor,and Former Employer/Colleague to Dr. Amelita M. Borlongan - [email protected] from Graduate School)

Requirements for Application For Filipino Applicants:

  1. 1.5 x 1.5 inches ID Picture (2 pcs.)
  2. Filled out Application for Admission Form

    
For Foreign Student Applicants:

(Resident Alien)

  1. I-card
  2. 1.5 x 1.5 inches ID Picture (2 pcs.)
  3. Filled out Application for Admission Form

(Non-resident Alien)

  1. Passport size ID Picture (2 pcs.)
  2. Police Clearance
  3. Photocopy of Passport
  4. Filled out Application for Admission Form

 

Requirements for Enrollment

  1. Original Form 138/High School Report Card
  2. Good Character Testimony from the high school principal
  3. NSO Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
  4. Filled out Application for Admission Form
  5. 1.5 x 1.5 inches I.D. picture (2 pcs.)

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR FRESHMAN

  1. Complete and submit ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (scanned copy) at [email protected].

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Four (4) pcs. 1 ½ x 1 ½ ID picture with blue background
  2. Passed Entrance Examinations (Essay and Psychological Exams)
  3. Transcript of Record with S.O. No. and with remarks “For Further Studies
    or Certificate of Graduation (if TOR is not yet available)

       4. Honorable Dismissal or Transfer Credential from last school attended
       5. Original Birth Certificate PSA Certified
       6. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character 

If you cannot submit any of the requirements, please submit a Promissory Note stating the reason/s why you cannot submit and the date when you can submit it.

2.   Before your date of enrollment, you will receive in your email the following:

  • Your Student Number
  • List of subjects
  • Matriculation fees

 

Registration

On your date of enrollment, you will need the information in the email sent to you as indicated above.

Please proceed to pay your matriculation fees using the following channels:

1. Payment on campus (This may not be available during ECQ or GCQ) 

2. Over the counter payment to any branch of the following:

- Security Bank

- Philtrust Bank

- MLhuillier

3.  Payment through the CEU website (www.ceu.edu.ph) where you have the option to pay online in the comfort of your home or pay offline where you go to designated payment outlets.

Once confirmation of your payment is received, you will be sent an electronic pdf copy of your Certificate of Matriculation and your CEU gmail account.

 

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS

  1. Using your CEU Email, you will receive Schedule of Classes for the First Semester of S.Y. 2020-2021. 
  2. Choose the subjects you want to enroll and email to [email protected]
  3. Comments/approval of the subjects will be emailed back to you by the School Secretary thru the same email address [email protected].
  4. Once approved, please proceed to pay your matriculation fees using the following channels:

4.1  Payment on campus (This may not be available during ECQ or GCQ) 

4.2  Over the counter payment to any branch of the following:

- Security Bank

- Philtrust Bank

- MLhuillier

           4.3 Payment through the CEU website (www.ceu.edu.ph) where you have the option to pay online in the comfort of your home or pay offline where you go to designated payment outlets.

       Once confirmation of your payment is received, you will be sent an electronic pdf copy of your Certificate of Matriculation in your CEU gmail account

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

  1. Email letter seeking re-admission signed by parent/guardian to the Dean and email to [email protected].
  2. Wait for the email response from the School Secretary.
  3. Follow the procedures for continuing students.

 

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS

  1. Complete and submit ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (scanned copy) at [email protected].

  2. Transcript of Records of your law degree
  3. Original Birth Certificate PSA Certified
