CEU Tourism Management Student, Hailed as Mr. SALCI 2014

Don Patrick Alejandro, a Tourism Management student from Centro Escolar University-Manila was recently crowned as Mr. SALCI 2014 during the “SALCI Magic Ball: Glitz and Glamour” held at the PAIR-PAGSS Centre, NAIA Complex, Ninoy Aquino Avenue, Pasay City.

Aside from the title, Mr. Alejandro also bagged the Best in Formal Wear and Best in Sports Wear awards. Other CEU representatives also fared well in the competition. Rhea Janine Guillermo was awarded 5th runner-up, Best in Production Number and Best in Evening Gown and Janelle Catellano from CEU Malolos was named 3rd runner-up.

Besides CEU Manila and Malolos, students from different parts of the country and some parts of the world participated the event; this includes Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Australia; Far Eastern University, Manila; Lyceum of the Philippines University, Manila and Cavite; Claredon College, Mindoro; Our Lady of Fatima University, Valenzuela; and Aquinas University, Albay.

SALCI (Sky Aviation Learning Center, Inc.) is a TESDA accredited learning center that offers Tourism and Aviation related programs. It is also one of the local partners of the University for its Tourism program, while PAGSS (Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions, Inc.) is an affiliate company of SALCI, which provides high quality ground handling services that meet and exceed international standards.
