Special provision for once-a-week classes affected during the Prelim Exam period:
- Friday classes: Once-a-week Friday classes that were unable to conduct their onsite Prelim Exam due to the shift to online modality may administer the exam on Friday, September 4, 2026.
- Saturdays classes: Once-a-week Saturday classes that were unable to conduct their onsite Prelim Exam may administer the exam on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
- The deadline for encoding of Prelim grades remains for these affected once-a-week Friday and Saturday classes shall be September 18 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
