CEU Granted Extension of Autonomous Status by CHED
Centro Escolar University‘s Autonomous Status for its Manila, Makati and Malolos campuses has been extended until May 2023 by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
The Autonomous Status granted to CEU is the highest recognition given to an educational institution. This recognition marks CEU's commitment to providing quality education through excellent academic instruction, research, and extension work.
For the additional period of two years, CEU will enjoy several institutional benefits that will aid in its improvement and expansion.
It was in 2001 when the University received its first Autonomous Status for Manila and Malolos Campuses.
